About the Blog

This blog follows my interests in science and medicine. As I mentioned in the section about me, I have a PhD and I am currently a medical student. And I got my M-R-S somewhere in there. Besides science and medicine, I have other interests that I also write about. Some I cultivated out of choice (policy, technology, education, art, fashion), and others of necessity (frugal living, healthy living). All opinions in this website are my own, unless specifically credited to someone else. As with everything else on the internet, please read with the requisite amount of skepticism.

Here are some things I cover:

  • Science and medicine news.
  • Policy issues in science, medicine or education.
  • Book reviews.
  • Scientist, research lab, technology product, software or online tool that has caught my fancy.
  • Student life and finance.
  • Recipes, healthy snack ideas, exercise, health and fitness.
  • Style and fashion.

Please contact me if you’d like to contribute or would like to read something specific.
